ADVERTISING

The McGraw-Hill Companies (2005) define advertising as a promoting message, community associations, or influencing method. The fact that we were hosting a charity events for a teenage girl who is doing form 5 therefore we used different forms of advertising e.g memos in schools and word of mouth because we were using approved donation sheet for raising funds and this has brings a positive result because most of students manage to pop out their money and clothes for their sister. Besides this also helps us because we manage to have support from the chief and also police station.  Kotler (2002) state that advertising has a significant aptitude to influence crowds and inform the people. For that reason, several Administrations and even Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) repeatedly take assistance of advertisements to reach and educate public on significant community matters.Creative advertisements released in the community attention to educate society about:

◦Family planning,

 ◦AIDS consciousness,

◦Saving water and power,

◦Giving children compulsory education,

◦Charitable giving
◦Eliminating kid labor (Kotler, 2002).
